1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us if you wish to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original condition
- Include the original packaging and accessories
- Not show any signs of damage or excessive use
Sneakers must be returned in their original shoe box. Please do not place tape or shipping labels directly on the original shoe box.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
Where a refund is due, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. For online purchases, applicable UK consumer rules generally require refunds to be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
The amount refunded may be reduced where the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.
